Hi @EmiratesSupport, I was meant to be flying Heathrow to Dubai on the 6th April but @FCDOtravelGovUK advises against all but essential travel to United Arab Emirates. Please confirm how I can get a refund without charges. Thanks

My flight from Paris Orly to @CardiffAirport was cancelled yesterday but @EasternAirways have been amazing. They booked us on a flight the next day, put us into a nearby hotel with three-course dinner and breakfast, and gave us additional food vouchers. #airtrafficcontrol
@BluestoneWales @Natashagreen123 I fully appreciate how difficult the current circumstances are but we’ve recently returned from @CenterParcsUK and that was organised impeccably. We’re just concerned that we have booked to stay in a holiday resort but could have very little on site to do.
@BluestoneWales @Natashagreen123 When will activities and restaurants become available for people arriving Monday 31st Aug? We paid a premium for Bluestone rather than any normal self catering accommodation because of the on-site activities but right now all we have is a lodge.

@AldiUK really unhappy with your recent service. It should not take a month to get a £150 refund after YOU didn’t turn up for the day I booked a wine delivery for. I won’t be trusting you again as this is the second time the paid-for delivery date is simply ignored!
