@popeyes what’s up with your support? I submitted a request a month ago about a wrong order. Was told it was escalated & never heard back. Reached out this week and a different person said it was out of the 7 day frame & nothing could be done. I asked to escalate & they refused.
@Shipt why is it so hard to get ahold of your shopper when they leave your order at the wrong address? There was absolutely no way to contact them. Support was also not able to get ahold of them, so now I have no order and have to wait days for a refund.
