@HiltonHotels It’s all good they eventually fixed it, was a widespread issue just woulda been nice if there were backups in place to cover these eventualities. Even my small business pays for a secondary data connection as a built in redundancy. Food for thought.

Nothing like traveling all day for work, checking in to your @HiltonHotels, paying all sorts of resort fees for facilities you’ll not ever have the chance to use, and settling in to your room to find that all the TVs in the hotel are non-functional. Should’ve booked the @Hyatt 🤦‍♀️
