@ChangiAirport @SingaporeAir spoke with ground staff, they told me to put a complaint, no assistance offered. So many other elderly people with special needs still waiting, they can't speak English so can't do anything except waiting. Is that how you boost your profits? #Shame

@ChangiAirport @SingaporeAir Additionally, I was told that she can't get a wheelchair until her gate wasn't announced, means she would have been stranded on her own for hours as flight isn't until 6 more hours. This also means I can never trust you guys to have her fly alone.

@ChangiAirport horrible experience, denied wheelchair booked weeks in advance. She is 88 years old and was forced to walk outside the gate. She didn't get it until I fought with @SingaporeAir staff. She doesn't speak English and had I not been with her, she would have been lost.
