VIDEO | Pune: Veteran Indian cyclist Naveen John says cycling in India is still in its formative years but has seen rapid growth in recent times.

Speaking ahead of the Pune Grand Tour, he says the sport began developing seriously only in the 2010s, unlike established disciplines like badminton or tennis. “The growth in the last five years has been enormous. From here, cycling in India is only going to grow,” he adds.

@BenjiNaesen Here's might be what's going on: crankarm length discrepancy. Specifically, even if you've set crankarm length on your Assioma app to match your correct crank length, your cyclocomp can override that setting based on its default and give elevated power readings.

@StephenSeiler A massaging of "just do it" which usually involves: (1) biasing down session ~2-3% while staying in the intended zone, and/or (2) if an AM session, then re-scheduling to arvo/early PM, giving the -ve sensations a bit to stew/turn-around ("every sensation is temporary")
