@bluesign @flow_blockchain Originally we wanted to use software keys for concurrency vs. KMS ones. 0 weight reflects the reduced security. This is mainly to reduce the KMS cost.
I agree that it doesn't need to be 0 weight, can copy the full key with full weight.
