@cromaretail It has already been 05 days (mind you 05 days on priority), before that it had already around 20 days since I first complained for TV repair (under warranty) on 28th July. How much longer I need to wait? @cromaretail customer service is pathetic

Pathetic fraudulence. Complained on July 28. Multiple calls to customer care & store ignored. Tweeted on Aug 17 promised "priority", bt frontline agents are just autoclosing tickets without resolution

I have complained against a faulty @cromaretail tv purchased online on @tata_neu on 28.07.2026
The technician came on 30th, checked tv and said parts need to be replaced, which is yet not done. Called customer care regarding this on 07, 10, 13, 14 & today to no avail. #pathetic
