@KASP0 We can no longer play on linux using Proton it crashes on launch, please make a linux version, I've seen a lot of request for that now. I would love to play your great game again
@ScrapMechanic You need to update your game quick, right now the game is pretty empty. We are in a game about complex mechanisms and we don't even have any way to make filters for automated storage ? We can't build tree farms? We can't pump oil? We can't loot warehouses?
Come on @ScrapMechanic
@ScrapMechanic One big problem of survival is the lack of goal. Again, in minecraft, a goal could be to automate everything so you can play the game without worrying about resources. But in @ScrapMechanic, there's no such goal because automation is impossible and resources are too expensive.
@ScrapMechanic Right now, survival is a bit disapointing, it's not that enjoyable. For example in Minecraft, you can build houses without spending 20 real days gathering wood (less grind = better) and build farms to automate stuff (automation = goal). @ScrapMechanic you need to change things.
@AlveSvaren@PontusHolmbom There's a way to play scrap mechanic on linux.

You have to use this modified version of proton, otherwise it crashes like you said :

For me it works, the only problem is that some particle effects do not appear.
