Bank says 10k would be lien, I've already provided the proof of the transaction several times to [email protected]

Additionally as per the new procedure for account unfreezing the applicant has also visited the bank. In this regard, the bank has advised to send a revocation email to Cyber Gujarat. Accordingly please send the revocation email to the bank and resolve the applicant's complaint.
