@Tksed_2 Needs to be a coach of individuals a leader of men (older and more experienced than him) and bring it all together on the court.
He’s got a lot of horses to tame
I have this nagging anxiety for Jacob Chance.
Anyone feel that?
Huge expectations
Big roster spend
And...
Pockets of fragility.
If its looking shakey after 10 rounds the media wont be kind. Not sure if the fans will give him a chance.

The first ever basketball game at Pat Rafter Arena will take place next week for Brisbane's season opener vs NZB.
Semi open air
Capacity 5,500
Fans will be close to the action and it can get loud.
Great for Tennis, lets see how it goes for bball.
(thanks @grok for making a picture - the flags lol)
@ColebrookYeti I love what I'm seeing from Gold. This will be a big test for Taran so we'll see how that plays out.
As the season progresses some of these numbers can be revisted and they may tell a story.
How much of last season is still standing.
Roster continuity.
Adelaide 83%, new coach
Tasmania 82%
Illawarra 67%
Perth 64%
Sydney 53%
New Zealand 47%, new coach
South East Melbourne 44%
Brisbane 38%, new coach
Cairns 33%
Melbourne 32%, new coach
Adelaide kept the players and changed the voice.
Melbourne changed both.

Got you...
That's what it is.Minutes, not bodies.
The share of last regular season's minutes played by men on this year's roster.
Worth asking though, because the two come apart.
Eg:
Sydney and Melbourne both kept 6 men who played but
Sydney kept 53% of the minutes. Melbourne 32%.
NBL27 ladder prediction:
1. Adelaide 36ers 23-10
2. Melbourne United 21-12
3. South East Melbourne Phoenix 22-11
4. Perth Wildcats 19-14
5. Sydney Kings 18-15
6. Brisbane Bullets 17-16
7. Tasmania JackJumpers 16-17
8. Illawarra Hawks 11-22
9. Cairns Taipans 9-24
10. New Zealand Breakers 8-25
No matter how many times I go over it I can make a case for this to look totally different.
The only team I feel 'certain' about is Adelaide.
I'm worried about Melbourne staying healthy.
SEM could have a Sobey implosion with Mays.
Perth... the PG fit...
Sydney, hard to write off but I think they are weaker than last year by a stretch.
Brisbane a total Wildcard but could steal some big scalps if the imports fire and they stay healthy
Tassie - you know the story there.
Hawks - I dont see it.. the PG rotations and run the team by committee but Milt will want a bounce back season.
Cairns - have more horses than ever but I now consider Fordey a development of individuals with a lot left to prove.
Annnnd NZ... well, they need a lot for DJ and Noi... does the defence stack... I say no.
