Have used the support a number of times and they all contradict each other, now trying to get me on their new limited cashback scheme despite opening my account and trying to register for cashback under old scheme in time! #CustomerService

Really unhappy with @chase_uk . Registered account in Monday under the old cashback scheme, their system crashed and didn't register ut properly and given a different story by support every day. Now told I'm not on the old scheme at all #poorservice #complaint
