My latest story on indigenous educators in Regina.
Ben Ironstand and Erin Goodpipe are high school educators that bring culture, land-based education, language & treaty education into their classrooms while sharing their lived experiences w their students to help them all connect
The @GMSlivingwell @RunQCM has 7 official #charity partners for #QCM2019. Support these groups when you register and invite family/friends to join you in pledging. In 2018, participants raised more than $10,000 and @RunQCM added more than $30,000 to those donations. @RunRegina
Love this photo! Thank you so much to @michelle0kere and @Enyinnahokere for your generosity! We appreciate you both so much; you two are such a great example of the giving spirit in #yqr. Was such a lovely surprise and gift to all of us to have met you both. Wishing you the best!
My absolutely favourite charity in #YQR is @ncfcregina - this place & these kids hold a very special place in my heart. @Enyinnahokere and I are so grateful for the opportunity to give a little something back on our last day in Regina.
This afternoon we helped unload toys at the North Central Family Centre. @ncfcregina The toys were collected from members of @reginapolice and members of the public to support Cst Mills’ 5th Annual Toy Drive. The toys will also be given to other local organizations.
It is with profound sadness that we learn of the passing of a member of the Rams family. Jerry Orban was associated with the Rams for decades as a player and a coach.
Today our thoughts are with his wife Cindy and their three children. Rest easy, Jerry.

#Homeless ppl in Regina were asked to name the top barriers to finding housing. Reason #1: rent's too high. Reason #2: low income. https://t.co/PaEsIXYVQ6 #skpoli#Regina (via @homelesshub)
