@Pete___Hughes He’s brilliant but he’s going to need to ace the transition to college as a defenseman with his measurables to hold off the big athletic centers behind him
@Pete___Hughes I don’t know that I’d say bust potential. The tools and compete definitely play. I’d be worried that he caps at a 3/4 though. Fine in the back half of the top 10 but in the top 5? I’d much rather Carels
@LetsGoDU I’d hazard a guess that the Chicago job was the closest he’ll ever get to leaving Denver. Had everything he could’ve possibly wanted and after wrestling with it he still stayed. I don’t think a lot of people in NHL only circles realize why Denver is what it is to him
@BenPopeCST My favorite if the forwards go 1-3. Might even like him more than Malhotra. Meaner Jake Sanderson (though he doesn’t move quite as well as Sanderson)
Big get for Tech. One of the OHL’s better goaltenders over the past several seasons.
Likely gets a handful of starts this season before getting an opportunity to take over the net in 2027-28
@Matapumo@kornelius12059 I mean it’s been floated for a couple of months now that the wingers probably aren’t going top 2.
You can choose to believe it or not but positional value does matter to teams at the top of the draft. Centers and defenseman go high
