How does any of that pass as legal analysis on television? Serious question. What value or insight are they providing to the general public to justify them being on the television discussing the case? If any of the statements are untrue, the Metcalf family should sue them for defamation.
It’s rich that a Muslim in Nigeria would call someone else a terrorist.
Hundreds to over a thousand terrorist attacks in Nigeria have been carried out by Islamist groups (primarily Boko Haram and its splinter ISWAP, both Muslim extremist organizations) over the last 10 years (roughly mid-2016 to mid-2026), though exact totals vary by source and definition. https://t.co/cJhsGz4Hll
I thought about a lengthy response to your allegations, but realized it would be completely fruitless. You are angry and disconnected from reality and no amount of reason is going to change your mind. I’m just gonna block you instead because it’s much easier than dealing with a small mind who’d rather throw ridiculous insults out than have a real conversation. Enjoy wallowing in your anger.
@harab_man@BasilTheGreat@GBNEWS You’re calling me a terrorist because I said my government has the authority to determine who can and cannot enter? Do you know how unhinged that sounds?
What point are you even trying to make? We’re discussing denying entry to people that the government does not want in the country. You’re bringing up military action in other nations and calling it murder. Maybe you should support your fellow citizens pushing back against the mass immigration in your own nation.
Bret Weinstein cuts straight to the chase:
"We are going to have an endless battle in which those of us who see what we believe is clear evidence of some kind of election rigging or fraud are faced with indignation from a vast array of people portraying themselves as more rigorous and careful who say, 'Where is your evidence? Where exactly is your evidence that there was something wrong with this election?' And we are gonna be caught in the following predicament.
No piece of evidence is sufficient to establish that case. And the sum total of all of the evidence contains true things and false things. So it is also no good.
So the question is, can you logically deduce that something has gone wrong? I believe you can easily.
Can you prove it? No.
And not being able to prove it means that the election will proceed. It will be validated by all of the structures, including the courts. And that means that those who take on the power that derives from these elections will be the result of whatever process we just went through, whether it was an election that happened to be anomalous through organic means, or it was the result of some kind of fraud or election rigging. That is not an accident.
That is not an accident.
And the point that I wanna make primarily is the primary evidence against elections that look like this being organic is not actually in the trickle of evidence that we are actually able to see, the moment by moment vote count that does something strange during the night when some large tranche of ballots is suddenly counted or something like that.
The evidence is in the structure of how the elections are actually carried out. These elections are designed to allow fraud that cannot be detected and will not be prosecuted. And that's really the thing that we must focus on."
@BretWeinstein
No one is entitled to enter this country or any other country. If the government believes he has any links to organizations that may seek to undermine this nation, then they have every right to deny him entry. People from the Third World need to stop assuming that countries like the United States have an obligation to allow them to enter.
Moving from votes to "ballots" resembles in some ways moving from the gold standard to fiat currency. The ballot becomes more of an object in itself than a receipt for an underlying thing that's intrinsically valuable. A free-floating abstraction in an increasingly abstract game.
@GarriusJ@JoeBrunoWSOC9 Did your grandmother murder someone? Not every person who has competency issues is incapable of living in a civil society. But violent people shouldn’t be able to claim competency issues to avoid punishment for their crimes.
Taxpayers should not have to pay to put him in a mental institution for an indefinite period of time. We have video of him committing the murder and audio accompanied it where he says I got that white girl. There is zero doubt he murdered her in cold blood. There should be a swift trial and then the death penalty.
The left’s favorite fallacy: They claim right-wingers ‘use’ attacks like this to further our own ends. No. It’s because of attacks like these, that we ARE right-wing. The idea that we are secretly glad it’s happening so we can “further our agenda” is the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard. We want this to stop. We want our people to be safe. And it’s because of leftist policies that they are not.
People like to repeat this line over and over again. Official crime reporting is down, but only because people are not reporting the crimes and the cops are not taking reports. I know more people than I can count that have been the victim of some sort of crime that have not reported it or have been told by the police that the person will never get caught so not worth it to file a report.
I partially agree because I have mixed feelings on toll lanes. On the one hand, the toll lanes added to 485 do have some benefit. The gridlock breaks up quicker than it used to but the only way to avoid it during high times is to pay for the access to the toll lane. On the other hand, citizens shouldn’t have to pay for access to a road because the city and state can’t adequately plan. So I think a toll lane does alleviate gridlock by shortening the amount of time it is at its peak.
Socialists confuse needs with rights.
Then they shift needs to wants.
Suddenly, you have a right to whatever you feel you want - at someone else’s expense!
This is all bullsh*t. Prior to 2014 California took 48 hours to certify. The Democrats put this system into place deliberately and systematically - NONE of this is "incompetence" or "lack of funds". You can follow the exact legislation Newsom and Brown signed into law to make this happen:
SB 29 (2014): Enacted the "postmark rule" (allowing ballots to arrive 3 days late) and extended the county canvass to 30 days to handle the influx.
AB 187 (2014): Aligned state timelines, giving the Secretary of State until Day 38 to officially certify the results.
SB 589 (2015) & AB 1407 (2017): Established the "ballot curing" framework, forcing counties to notify voters of missing or mismatched signatures and giving them a statutory window to fix them during the canvass.
SB 759 (2018): Standardized the cure timeline, mandating that counties allow voters to cure signature issues up to 2 days before the final certification.
AB 860 / SB 29 (2020–2021): Permanently extended the postmark arrival window to 7 days, further expanding the processing and signature-curing buffer within the 38-day limit.
Proposition 71 (2018): Delayed the effective date of ballot measures until 5 days after the 38-day certification to account for these extended counting and curing windows.
This country has been running on fraud. For decades.
Election fraud. Immigration fraud. Financial fraud.
Fraud of every kind.
It all has to end or our country is finished.
People are asking me if I’ve turned into an election denier in the last 24 hours.
I still believe the Too Big to Rig strategy and crushing the will of spoilers works.
But, we are well beyond that in LA.
We are up against a well-funded operation that has been perfected over multiple cycles, in a City with no political will or manpower to build a competing system.
But that’s not even the main problem, even if we had the will, money, and people to do it (which we would have had Spencer made the runoff).
The main problem is they don’t play by the rules. Or if they do, they’ve bent the rules so far that the “rules” are just an illusion.
They can register anyone, to anywhere, and vote for them with or without their consent, without a process with any guardrails to prevent it, and without a paper trail to prove it.
That’s the issue.
I see it now.
