@luvkit @TheLaurenChen @thatstarwarsgrl I was complaining about my stretch marks one day & a guy friend of mine told me what his Dad always said about his Mom's & what he said to his own wife. They weren't "stretch marks", they were "tiger stripes" earned from creating life. 🤣 Made me smile, but I still hate them.

@TheLaurenChen @thatstarwarsgrl Th day I went into hospital to give birth I had 2 tiny stretch marks at th bottom of my tummy. I got so swollen during labor, I cld literally feel stretch marks ripping hip 2 hip across bottom of stomach, tops of thighs & back of calves. Felt like pantyhose ripping, but burned.

@Chiivie_ They sell fitted shorts to go under skirts. Even in the 80s and 90s every girl I knew that went to a private school, especially the local Catholic school, had fitted/exercise shorts under their skirts.

@XFilesAesthetic Never watched X-Files. Had a childhood friend home from collage that wanted us to hang out for the day, get lunch & go to a movie. It was X-Files. I had no idea what the hell was going on, who anyone was, etc. Still had fun though & still have never seen one episode of X-Files 😂

That was a fun Independence Day celebration. What's better than having neighbors who make it their mission to out-do the year before fireworks AND to out-do each others. I think we won that year 🤣🥳🦅
