@postnorddk app doesn't allow to open Nærbox due to asking for registration...done...long time ago...bug maybe? It's going to cost me when pack is sent back. Uninstall, cache cleaned, reinstall, reset account, register again, MitID validation. Come on.

@postnorddk Please make this right. You do a great job for letter and small postal parcels. When it comes to parcel/courier service....something is going very wrong....too often. So I hope this info helps you somehow.

@postnorddk when you write "I have sent you a direct message", does it mean the same as "returned to sender" or is it the same as "delivered with PoA" to your own pakkecenter? These all 3 statements have a common intentiont; deceipt!

This is getting worst by the day, firstly @postnorddk totally messed up a delivery an allegedly lied on the delivery status updates. But now @postnorddk states they have returned it to the sender. And sender asks me to review to product since @postnorddk states "DELIVERED"
