These 4 had an amazing day 2day at the Enterprising Maths final. They were a real credit to @ndhs1 are now classed as the 44th best school in Scotland for Maths! Their favourite part was the McD’s on the way home & the Christmas songs singalong in Mrs C’s car 😂 @MathsScotland

Round 3 is our stations round where the teams take on 6 different puzzles and challenges.
A very practical and fast paced round where pupils need to use teamwork and strategy to achieve maximum points.

Round 2 is a round dedicated to building and solving problems based on Archimedean and Platonic solids.
This is the most enjoyable and satisfying round for some participants

Our first round this morning was the team contest where pupils worked in their team of 4 to answer some challenging mathematical problems. Lots of thinking required here aswell as teamwork and strategy #EnterprisingMaths
