@olaoluwaDami@yabaleftonline I can't emphasize this enough, but they'd never learn. Social media has really affected human beings, and it's more damage than good.
It gives me so much joy to witness an African country take progressive actions to eradicate the clutch hold of colonial and imperialism from her history. God bless Ibrahim Traore and God bless Burkina Faso. Nigeria I pour you spit
Burkina Faso Overhauls Its Curriculum to Reclaim African History
Burkina Faso is officially overhauling its national curriculum to strip out colonial biases, replacing terms like "explorers" and "conquerors" with "invaders" and "spies" in history, geography, and citizenship textbooks.
The reform introduces 54 new lessons from primary through secondary school that drop Eurocentric benchmarks in favor of indigenous political structures, local resistance movements, and African scientific contributions.
By emphasizing that African societies existed and thrived long before European contact, this initiative plans to correct decades of distorted narratives and reclaim the continent's true history.
We discover something, internalize it, and then forget that it was ever something we had to learn.
And maybe that's why we sometimes mistake wisdom we've acquired for knowledge everyone should naturally possess

Here's something I've been wondering:
Why did we get to ask so many questions growing up?
Why is the sky blue? Why do I have to?
In my case, why does the moon keep following me?
Who created God?
Then somewhere along the way, many of us stopped asking.
What happened?π€
@IamTkrypt@yabaleftonline Oga nobody gave me references when I was doing mine. I used my brain. If you're really interested in knowing than debating online you'd do same. Use your brain
@Mrczar_ Yes it does mean getting satisfaction from another person's pain. However, when people say such prayers like you stated above, it doesn't mean it's schadenfreude. Does it come off a lil insensitive? Kinda, but it's more of gratitude to God for good health despite being unworthy.
@IamTkrypt@yabaleftonline I won't blame you at all if these concepts haven't gotten to your realm of consciousness. However if you can do some thinking and research, you'd soon realize that there's more supernatural element to science that meets the eye.
@TheEnigmatic01@ChinemeremAnayo@OurFavOnlineDoc If it was a figurative expression as you say and "I think we should all know this by now" what does the expression mean? Guy don't start a debate you won't win. I agreed with your initial post expect the God help us part Nigerians like spewing. Just take the compliment
