And it took a bit of time but the more clarity I gained around all other areas the more I could handle any one area objectively. Because I understood that I am a whole lot more than just my work. If we stripped you of your work, titles, achievements - who would be left. #IAWG

And now that I was not working I was suddenly unsure of what everything else was about. And it is then that I had to be more deliberate to look at all the other aspects of me. My mind. My body. My relationships. My physical spaces. My attitude. My finances. My service. #IAWG

I ask because personally I had to contend with this when I found myself not working for months due to ill health and I then realised my whole life had literally been centred around going to work and getting that done. Everything else fed into that. #IAWG

As in what are you chasing for your life? What's the plan? What's the bigger picture? What are you going for on a daily basis? Are you even aware. Or you just show up because its what's done so you will just pout your money, energy and time there?
