As long as you’re communicating in good faith (and willing to refund), I don’t see why you wouldn’t want to collect pre-orders

Tech journalists that follow me should be reporting on this. We're on a full month now of just a broken, unusable system for hours / days on end. It's inexcusable to be the leader in paid social advertising and put out a product with this many errors.

The performance on Meta is having a direct correlation to when most of these bugs started too. Reps / Support barely know what is going on and most don't even know these errors are happening.

Layoffs are having a massive impact on Meta right now, most folks I talk to there say morale is way down too. This is a pretty big story in my book.

@ashvinmelwani Not a 1:1 comparison, but at Outbrain (native) brands usually see a performance lift on Facebook coming from those “cheaper” clicks feeding their TOF. Helps to have @northbeam or @triplewhale to see the relationship
