There are 3 types of ppl in San Francisco: those who knew this and tried to tell others. Those who knew this & lied abt it to advance their own interests. And those who didn’t know & had their opinions shaped by messaging funded w republican and corporate $$, & a complicit media
After the violent riot on lower 24th Street following the Warriors victory (6/16/22), about 17 officers were injured as a result of the riot. Hoping for speedy recoveries! Thank you to all @SFPD officers who were in the Mission district to help. Stay safe out there! #sfpd

Or do we want our city to beat down an attempted power grab and instead stand up for our commitment to justice?
Vote NO on H: not just for San Francisco but for our country.
So in Oct., @sfchronicle ran a @hknightsf column that centered Brooke Jenkins as a "progressive prosecutor" in SFDA that joined @chesaboudin recall effort.
The framing of this piece was so dishonest, made me wonder about Heather's new column on Marsy's Law.
I did a FOIA. Thread:
@daniloveswalkin @SuperhostSF @divragh@chesaboudin Also investing in victim services, in fact the actual 5x here is the increase in number of Cantonese speakers https://t.co/HVnDimbQN9
Sadly this wisdom will probably mostly fall on deaf ears, but anyone who believes they are able to think critically & cares about the DA recall effort should scroll up and down this thread.
The Narrative® needs its boogeyman: Chesa Boudin. Nothing in a decade of studying criminology suggests to me that swapping a DA can destroy, or save, a city — but by blaming his office for an endless array of flaws, the Recall squad is winning over scared + worried residents.
