@SennyGrammin @CompassDrifter my full time job is literally navy ship maintenance...I'd pull my ship off the line if it were assigned to me in that condition. many navy gov employees were fired by musk last year and jobs gapped. the fouling 's not harmful to mission but maintenance has been lacking.
