@JuliaHB1 As with anything there is a sweet spot in terms of balance, not enough of something and it could be better, too much of something and it can go terribly wrong
@emilyhewertson I guess the person who carried out the attack wasn't intending to instill terror into a community or country, rather he was just a disgusting, nasty & undeserving of life human being. Still, we don't know what provoked his attack yet, if anything.
