تحمي السفارة الأوكرانية في بيروت عميلاً إسرائيلياً خطيراً مطلوباً للقضاء اللبناني بمذكرات توقيف، بعدما لجأ إليها منذ أيام، وهو متورط في زرع عبوات ناسفة وتنفيذ عمليات اغتيال وقتل لبنانيين بين عامي 2024 و2025.

اسم هذا العميل خالد العايدة، فلسطيني سوري يحمل الجنسية الأوكرانية، وهو أحد أبرز عملاء الموساد الذين تم توقيفهم في السنوات الأخيرة. وقد أثبتت التحقيقات الأمنية ضلوعه في التحضير لعملية اغتيال في مطار بيروت، والتخطيط لتفجيرات إرهابية في الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت. كما أنه مجرم عابر للحدود نفّذ عمليات قتل سابقاً، وكان موجوداً على الأرض في الضاحية الجنوبية يوم اغتيال السيد حسن نصرالله. كذلك كان طرف الخيط الذي أوصل الأمن العام إلى توقيف أفراد من الخلية الإرهابية التي جنّدها الموساد. وقد ضُبط متلبساً بحوزته عبوة ناسفة مخبّأة في الدراجة النارية التي أراد ركنها في الضاحية الجنوبية لتفجير لاحقاً.

اليوم تحاول السفارة الأوكرانية تأمين خروجه من لبنان. فقد طلبت من الأمن العام اللبناني تسهيل سفر العايدة ومنحه جواز مرور (Laissez-passer) لمغادرة البلاد، رغم أنه مطلوب للقضاء اللبناني ويجب تسليمه إلى السلطات القضائية.

وفي موازاة ذلك، يمارس الأميركيون ضغوطاً مباشرة عبر مسؤولة محطة الـCIA في بيروت شيري بايكر، بهدف تسهيل خروجه من لبنان أو تهريبه إذا اقتضى الأمر.

الدولة اللبنانية اليوم أمام اختبار حقيقي للسيادة. رئيس الجمهورية جوزيف عون، ورئيس الحكومة نوّاف سلام، وجهاز الأمن العام بشخص اللواء حسن شقير، جميعهم مسؤولون أمام اللبنانيين. إن كانوا فعلاً حريصين على مصلحة لبنان واللبنانيين، فعليهم توقيف خالد العايدة وتسليمه إلى القضاء.
الدولة اللبنانية بكل أركانها تعلم أنّ العايدة مختبئ في السفارة، وكلّ العار عليها إن لم تُجبر سفارة أوكرانيا على تسليمه أو سمحت بتهريبه
بالنسبة لنا، هذا الرجل متورط بدم لبنانيين وخطط لقتل لبنانيين آخرين. قيمته بالنسبة للبنان توازي قيمة أسرانا المعتقلين في إسرائيل.

هل سيرضخ العماد جوزيف عون ونوّاف سلام والأجهزة الأمنية التي تأتمر بإمرتهما للضغوط؟ وهل سيبلغون اللبنانيين بعد أيام بسيناريو هزيل عن تمكّن هذا العميل من الهروب خارج البلاد؟

لن نقبل بأن يقال لنا إنه خرج بسيارة ديبلوماسية، أو عبر معبر غير شرعي، أو تحت حماية السفارة الأميركية في لبنان.

إن كانوا صادقين في حديثهم عن قيام دولة تُحترم، فليُظهروا السيادة هنا. السيادة لا تُقاس بالشعارات، بل بمنع الاختراق وجلب عميل قاتل إلى المحاكمة.
على الأجهزة اللبنانية تطويق ومحاصرة السفارة الأوكرانية إلى حين تسليم هذا المطلوب، وأي تهاون أو تراخٍ في ذلك هو تآمر وتواطؤ من قبلها مع العدو لتسهيل تهريب عميله.
وسخرية المشهد أن الأمن العام، الذي ساهم ضباطه في إحباط المخطط الإرهابي الذي أداره خالد العايدة قبل أشهر، هو الجهاز نفسه الذي يُطلب منه اليوم تسهيل خروجه. ومن مَن؟ من سفارة أوكرانيا التي لا يقيم لها كثير من الدول اعتباراً، لكنها في بلادنا لا تقيم لنا أي اعتبار.

وقد تمكّن خالد العايدة من الفرار بعد القصف الإسرائيلي للمبنى الذي كان محتجزاً فيه في الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت. ذلك القصف وفّر له فرصة الهرب، لينتهي به الأمر لاجئاً إلى السفارة الأوكرانية، التي تحاول اليوم تهريبه بمساعدة من السفارة الأمريكية.

To Refaat Alareer’s friends and loved ones around the world,

Today, 10 months after we recovered his body and laid him to rest in the Ibn Marwan cemetery, we were finally able to build his grave and place the headstone, after immense difficulty reaching the site near the yellow line and finding the necessary construction materials.

It’s a strange, bitter mix of sorrow and relief. That building a simple grave for someone we love has become a source of comfort says everything about what has been taken from us.

Sleep in peace, my beloved, Refaat. And may the eyes of cowards never sleep.
