During ongoing ceasefire talks, India revised its Military Doctrine and Rules of Engagement, declaring any terror attack on its soil an act of war. This shift opens the door to false-flag operations, where India could attribute blame to Pakistan, adopt an offensive posture, and unleash BrahMos missiles or loitering drones on Pakistan’s major metropolitan centers.

The fallout from such actions would be catastrophic. Pakistan must urgently overhaul its military doctrine, transitioning from a defensive-offensive stance to a fully offensive posture to counter this existential threat. Time is critical—act now or face dire consequences.
