@GreyhoundBus buy a ticket for a bus. Have to cancel for family emergency. Oops you can’t get a refund even though your bus hasn’t left yet and we’re gonna resell your ticket and make more money off of you but if you pay $20 more dollars you can exchange for a new ticket..
