indigo and other airlines were notified about new rules a year ago
indigo failed to comply with new rules
Indigo doesn't mention its failure to comply to DGCA regulations which led to this mess in the first place.

@RShivshankar N Vistara pilot keep mentioning that we have enough fuel to wait before we divert to Chennai but same time I noticed Indigo flying straight in thunderstorm ….simple reason they can’t wait for round abt due to lack of fuel as to save cost they go light ….
