Dear Nigerian Woman

If you give birth today, the next time you should attempt to get pregnant should be 2 years

Doing this reduces the chances of having issues during pregnancy

Please space your pregnancies
You would also help your unborn baby

Please RT for awareness

Customer is King but customers can be rude, unreasonable, trying to take the piss or take advantage of you and can be very frustrating too.

Be nice to business people. They are human beings too. Don't treat anyone like shit because they run a business and you are a customer.

Listen more than you talk

Go for health checkups regulary.

Always wake up early.

Always have a source of income, no matter how little it is. Then get more sources

Learn something new everyday

Learn to say No

[SEGA L'éveilleur® @segalink]

The rumor making the rounds about me being a Messiah is highly exaggerated. I remain a ‘No One’ who wants ‘No Thing’ (Nothing) from you. All I ask is that you maintain your dignity & find purpose for all our children’s sakes. Don’t be beholden to anyone. Be yourself. ⛱

[Aproko Doctor Global @aproko_doctor]

Don't motivate me, I don't need it at this point in my life. I'm hungry enough, hunger motivate me.

Tell me how you got there... Tell me what you did

Enough of all these perspire to acquire.
