Don’t you consider it fraud (not refunding money to customer where customer doesn’t have any fault in flight cancellation). Supreme Court also ruled in refunding money to passengers due to COVID situation. Stay vigilant and stay secure from makemytrip @makemytripcare @makemytrip.

@makemytrip @Aeroflot_World @_Aeroflot_ Make my trip is worst travel agency and Aeroflot is worst airline. Won’t recommend to use this combination. Flight has been cancelled by airline itself and we have been chasing both of them for refund for 20 months but no refund yet.

@makemytripcare Doesn’t look like customer care is priority for makemytrip as already shared all details on every platform but except false promises nothing happened in last 2 years. I will send booking id through DM, let’s see if you can do something different then your other colleagues.
