BREAKING: After 30,000 pounds of beef were just recalled, Trump's Agriculture Secretary just admitted she has no idea where the beef came from. Every American needs to see how incompetent this Administration is.
I will never forget a discussion I had in D.C. with a group of so-called “pro-Palestine” activists who looked me in the face and told me that sacrificing Palestinians in Gaza was worth it if it brought the Palestinian cause back onto the world stage.
So I asked them a simple question: Did any of you lose a home? A child? A mother or father? A brother or sister? Did you bury anyone you love? Did you lose anything because of this war?
Their answer was no.
And that was exactly my point.
There is something deeply rotten in the so-called pro-Palestine movement in the West: Palestinian suffering has been romanticized by people who never have to pay its price, while Hamas’s terrorism has been romanticized because it fulfills their fantasy of so-called “resistance.”
From thousands of miles away, they can glorify terrorism, celebrate “resistance,” preach about “necessary sacrifice,” and convince themselves that Palestinian deaths serve some greater revolutionary purpose. Meanwhile, it is Palestinians who bury their children, lose their homes, become displaced, and live with the consequences.
Palestinian lives are not yours to sacrifice for your revolutionary fantasies. Gaza is not a stage for your ideological performance. Our dead are not political currency, and Hamas’s terrorism does not become heroic simply because you have decided to call it “resistance” and doesn’t represent Palestinian people or tbeir cause.
You do not get to volunteer other people’s children for martyrdom while sitting safely in Washington, D.C.
If the sacrifice is always someone else’s family, someone else’s home, and someone else’s life, then it is not your sacrifice.
You are simply demanding that Palestinians bleed to fulfill your political fantasy.
@JoyceBrook13514@trouble_man90 This is the argument we made in 16 & 24. It was ignored. Sow... reap. We're not giving our party to the tea party of the left. Have a seat.
Honestly these people don’t actually support Palestine. They just wanna show everyone how morally superior they are. None of the things they’re doing actually benefit the people in Palestine Istg
y’all don’t care about Palestine, you care about having a socially acceptable reason to punish people you already dislike. Palestine has become a Trojan horse for moral policing, and pretending every pile-on is genuine activism is exactly why this shit feels so performative.
@Kitty29784@samkn3n If you simply google it, you will see international news coverage of it. I don't think BBC & Reuters, CBS, CNN and others are all making it up just to fool YOU. Hundreds of ppl are lost, including American tourists.
As a Palestinian living in the US, I realized from day one that far too many of those who claim to be “fighting for Palestinian freedom” in the West are nothing than grifters who exploit our suffering, turn our cause into a trend, and use Palestinian pain to build their own platforms, careers, and audiences.
And the moment Palestinians themselves challenge their narrative, criticize Hamas, reject authoritarianism, or refuse to fit neatly into their ideological worldview, suddenly our Palestinian voices are no longer welcome—or worse, we are smeared as traitors for daring to think and speak for ourselves.
Here’s what’s never been asked, seriously, inside this so-called “pro-Palestinian” movement: what do you actually stand for?
A democratic Palestine? Free speech? Political pluralism? Equal rights? A two-state solution, one state, peace — or just permanent war rebranded as “resistance”?
Do Palestinian lives matter when Palestinians are murdered, tortured, imprisoned, or silenced by Hamas? Do our freedoms matter when the oppressor isn’t Israel? Do Palestinians get to decide our own political future, or are Western activists going to decide it for us while shouting slogans thousands of miles away?
Palestine is not your revolutionary cosplay. Palestinians are not props for your ideological fantasies. And our suffering is not a career opportunity.
If your “solidarity” requires Palestinians to shut up whenever our experiences contradict your politics and narrative, then you are the one who should shut the fuck up.

Dolly Parton did the work to help the Black community in any quiet, effective, low-key way she could, and somehow never angered her own white Appalachian community for being too kind to Black people
