The West Yorkshire police video is horrible, but as someone who works with kids, I don't find it surprising. One of my colleagues, who is also an EMT ambulance worker, said "those kids" meaning disabled kids of any type "don't belong in normal classes".

About six year olds.

It's not new, it's not because of hate speech legislation, it's nothing but the response to the othering bullshit that faces marginalised people if they are not seen to be behaving "correctly".
