@lufthansa we are in such a bad situation right now! Our flight LH763 is delayed and the next connection to Berlin is 9 hours instead of the planned 3 hours. You have empty seats on an earlier flight but customer service refuses to give those- saying they are for sale!!!

My elderly Mother gets calls that someone will send something, and then nothing is delivered. Seriously why are you torturing old people like this? Sorry that we chose #Blinkit , never again!
