Anybody on the @easyJet flight from Malta on 06/01/25 to Manchester that got lied to and left stranded at Gatwick. Just received only 66% of the expenses we incurred to get home no explanation whatsoever shocking customer service.
@easyJet please can someone contact me on the reason why @easyJet only sent me 66% of the total expenses I claimed after being lied to and left stranded at Gatwick instead of Manchester. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
@easyJet EZY2274 Malta to Manchester 06/01/25 Diverted to Gatwick told coaches would be provided then no coaches Taxi will be provided then told if you can arrange your own transport you will be reimbursed. Your expenses claim as been rejected due to coaches provided. Any more?
