@thenorthface After 4 attempts trying to phone , email and chat for many days today I finally spoke to one of your helpful colleagues Tadiwa, who is looking into my communication with your team . My case was handled originally by Gemma. It’s taking too long for the refund & I unhappy.

The North Face customer services are poor. I trying to get a refund but it’s like wading through treacle. To the point that I might not by their product direct from them again.

a member of my family passed away and I’m awaiting probate to be approved. If I inherit taxable amount I read I have to declare this to HMRC.
Can you inform me if I have to do this
immediately or do I wait until I submit my self assessment.
