@AndreCronjeTech Voting would need 2 distinct votes, one is vote to whitelist a pool/vault to guarantee receiving rewards and then seperately a vote on allocation.

Otherwise people would not risk their vote on supporting smaller, newer pools since failure is binary and you receive zero rewards.
