@easyJet I have submitted an online wen form for a voucher as my mum can no longer fly on Thursday as planned. It says a response due in 7 days but I need to know sooner if the voucher can be issued and her flight cancelled please if you can help?

@WeAreOpenreach hi I need an update on an issue I have currently with my sky broadband. @SkyUK advised the issue is external at your end but it has been 1 week of no WiFi and was caused by our engineers working in my street. I need to know when it will be fixed ASAP pls
@SkyHelpTeam Yes thatโs fine but that was raised early on Sat morning. Thatโs over 72 hours now with network team and still 11 days in total of no broadband. So I would like a contact name or number to escalate this pls. I have no faith this will be resolved today otherwise
@SkyHelpTeam I have called your team 6 times in 11 days. No one seems to be able to fix it. Passed about to different oeople@with a different opinion. It currently is woth network team who donโt have a number or escalation person apparently but they have had it since Saturday
@SkyHelpTeam Can you please contact me about this. Issue still not resolved. Openreach closed the ticket, call handler told me it was a router issue which has not worked with new router and next handler said network teams issue. Itโs been 11 days since I reported this. 11 days of no Bโbnd
@SkyHelpTeam I see no contact details in the link provided? Just an engineer will be booked. What concerns me@is that this is 7 days since I reported it and no engineer arrival time is confirmed and zero progress has been made. I will not accept this being pending on Monday as I need internet
@SkyHelpTeam Ok thank you. On Saturday the lady told me 2-3@working days. I donโt have a backup and so 5 days not working is far from ideal. Is there N alternative today or can you chase openreach / provide me with their details to contact directly as I need to know a timeframe
@SkyHelpTeam Happened Friday but reported Saturday. Zero indication how long this will take. I have not been able to work feom@home or watch tv services etc at home all week
