@McCurdy1987@WestJet Send your request / situation to [email protected]. That's their C-Suite Exec for customer service. I got a reply back in 24 hours from their exec. customer service person....I had the exact same scenario.
@WestJet just DM'd. thanks (Can I just say that it really should be incumbent on Westjet to automatically process these refunds as standard course of action. Passengers shouldn't have to submit for it.). Anyway - thanks for getting this moving.
@WestJet your phone tree doesn't appear to have an option to talk to someone who can get me my refund for getting Swooped from a premium seat last week. Can you help?
@WestJet I submitted it last week - but you don't get a confirmation email or anything... So it's been radio silence. What is the ETA on the refund? I think 7 days is fair before I initiate a credit-card chargeback. Can you connect me to your peeps?
@GraphicMatt there is nothing more telling about how this city works than council debating if they should be printing agendas.
If only they would debate the cost it's taking for everyone/staff to debate debating if printing should happen....
