@PositiveGrid When you put a new battery in a Spark 2 amp is it usual for the battery status LED to go to solid green straight away when you connect the mains? I have tried two batteries and both did this. Also the batteries are not charging.

I can’t believe how bad @O2 mobile data is. Have full bars on 4G and it might as well be 3G or EDGE. So regret leaving @EE and will def be going back once the contract is up.

@WeAreOpenreach Hi Antony, the problem is @SkyUK say that can’t give me any information on when it will be fixed. Surely you should be able to give me an update, it’s now 7 days since my broadband went down I have no idea when it will be back again.

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried calling already and was only told that it should be back in 2 working days. To be honest if it’s not back up by the weekend I will be calling to cancel all my subscriptions and will move back to @virginmedia especially as I can save £60 a month switching.

@SkyUK my broadband has been out since Thursday even though your service checker site says these problems are usually fixed in 2 days. I’m sure you will blame @WeAreOpenreach but it’s getting beyond a joke now. I’m sure @virginmedia would be happy to take my business.

@SkyHelpTeam Looks like it, service checker still saying there is an outage in my area. I don’t think it is very good that it taking this long to fix and that there are no updates available on what the problem is.
