That's not a 'bad' question, everyone on the planet knows the answer, the answer is nothing, all they do is take. Are they bad people? I have no idea, and don't care, that's not the problem.

They have to go. Housing, energy, food, supplies, everything you must purchase... immediately gets cheaper. Everything gets safer, it's better for everyone involved.
