If anyone is using Istio Ambient Mesh, have you faced the issue with mandatory mTLS?
mTLS increases CPU usage and overall solution costs even if it's not really needed.
If you have the same problem, please support: https://t.co/UJK9OwHTUm
@valyala I saw that many times, I trained my teams to stop doing this. Usually it sounds like "users need to tune it for their cases". But really, they don't. It should just work from the very beginning.
Productivity in action:
Developers use AI-generated code to fix bugs.
Reviewers use AI to validate the AI-generated code.
They spend 2x more time than just simply fix an issue ๐ตโ๐ซ.
@asmah2107 1. Take bazel to rebuild only needed
2. Assign responsibility to keep CI green for the team ( e g. 1 person from each team with rotation)
3. Make CI monitoring
4. No new merges are allowed if main is not green
Standard bug report:
โ Used official APIs
โ Followed approved procedures
โ Didnโt touch anything
๐คท Everything is broken
Magic. Has to be ๐คฆ.

@madietlx For comments idea sounds interesting, but it's not so easy to make AI correctly decide if comment is still actual or not. You may fail with a lot of false positive.

How do you keep your docs up-to-date? ๐๐
