@047County this is the most irritating thing ...you pay parking fee within Nairobi and since the second confirmation message from the county is not coming, you get a fine of ksh. 2,000 as if not paid. Talking to the parking attendants you get shock of your life by their rudeness

I paid my parking fee on Wednesday while parking at Ngara area but still even after informing and showing the parking attendant I got a prompt to pay again. After 15min a penalty was instituted. Mark you I had paid even before the prompt. I'm now not able to pay parking fee again
