I’m not sure what @dyson_sir56264 is investing in, but it definitely isn’t customer services at @Dyson Bizarre convos with ppl working in offshore call centres with no idea where orders are. Promised ‘next day delivery’ lured me in2 ordering direct but hasn’t materialised.
Lovely as it is to be asked to DM @Dyson so they can ‘’help’ with my order, it’s a shame they can’t actually help. What was supposed to be next day delivery has now turned into what could be three to four days . . Should’ve ordered from @Argos_Online in the first place!
I don’t know what @Dyson ‘s overall performance for customer service looks like, but if it’s anything like the experience I just had then they won’t be getting any gold medals soon.
I’ve never felt so disheartened. My small business means everything to me and I want to keep going.

@narindertweets Same demographic failing in education. Parents focused on hatred/anger, rather than parenting & helping their children work hard & succeed in life. I’ve never met an immigrant who is a parent, who doesn’t appreciate education & ensure their kids work hard.
