@Allianz I canceled my travel insurance 30 minutes after purchasing. This was over 3 months ago. I never got my refund. I finally had to dispute the charge with American Express. You are terrible.
@Allianz (4th post)…and this time I had to explain that I was only partially refunded for some reason. It is now February 23. Its been 3 months since I tried cancelling the policy, and you still owe me $143.61. This is insane. You cannot be trusted. I won’t use you again.
@allianz (3rd post) …but then I was only partially refunded. The reason for partial refund was because I was overcharged in November (what? Why?) I called back again and had to explain EVERYTHING from the beginning again for the 5th time….
@allianz …(2nd post). My card was charged. But I was told to call back later to cancel. I called back in another 2 days and still, our policy was not in my account. Eventually, cancellation was able to happen January 22 (2 months after initial request to cancel)….
@Allianz you’re terrible. In November, I added your travel insurance. Within 24 hours we changed our plans and called t cancel the insurance. An agent did not yet see our policy and was told to call back in 24 hours. I called back and still our policy was not there….
Extremely disappointed at @footlocker who refuses to take any responsibility for a gift card that was fraudulently used. I purchased a $200 digital gift card from them directly. Seems they need better security. I’d think twice before shopping there again!
4/4 @StubHub so my son did not get to go to the Yankees game for his birthday. We had no other plans because THOSE WERE THE PLANS. You said you penalized the seller, but we are the ones who were inconvenienced and punished. You are completely unreliable.
1/4 @StubHub what a disappointment.I had Yankees tickets for today’s game for my husband to take my son for his 9th birthday. A few days ago, my husband received an email saying that you would like to offer a free upgrade. I saw the seats were NOT an upgrade…
3/4 @StubHub had you been transparent and apologized outright for not having the original tickets, I would have taken action and accepted those replacements. I had to read in between the lines of that email to know what was really happening…
@JetBlue you are the worst airline. I had the worst travel experience of my life. My flight was canceled, after an 8 hour delay then rebooked the next morning out of a different airport! On our returning flight, it was delayed 5 hours! I need a direct # to make a complaint!!

@HardRockHotels@HRHRivieraMaya you can do better. Spend less time trying to sell us things, spend more time servicing us on the trip we already paid for! So far having a less than desirable trip.
