@AmericanAir@AmericanAir continuing to do a good job of not listening. We had to spend more money to get a hotel and book a flight on another airline to get home because you’re unreliable. You keep saying it’s weather but everyone else had flights back to Austin.

@epicpassclub I purchased my epic pass back in September and never received my pass. I even asked for it to be resent with guarantee it would arrive before our trip this weekend and it never arrived. I am very frustrated. Please help to make this right
@ChaseSupport I’m disappointed with a recent experience. I submitted a ticket for a fraudulent charge and my support agent said they would review and someone would contact me. I then got a message saying that my dispute had been resolved and i agreed to the terms which I did not.
@united you guys are consistent. Delayed flight…again….3 hours because of maintenance issues. Looking forward to moving away from a United hub to join another airline.
