@danishacarterr Some extremely violent crime, like homicide, don’t have a SOL. This was a lower level assault case and wouldn’t have a long SOL. Not making people defend against allegations that happened long ago is a matter of fairness. She could have reported it to police, but didn’t.

@LGUSSupport So, as expected, LG won’t help. They gave me a faulty compressor that they knew was faulty, and b/c I happened to get 6 years out of it (so basically leasing a fridge for 500/yr) & 1 yr past class action, stuck with paying the exorbitant cost of the repair. #LGBlackFriday #lemon

@LGUSSupport Terrible experience. 6 yr old $$$ Fridge w/faulty compressor that LG knew about and now I’m stuck paying the crazy expensive labor to fix what I’ve been told is a short term fix. LG got over on me this time but will never buy an LG product again. They don’t care!!

@LGUSSupport I’ve already elevated this to your customer care and he told me what my only options were. None of which involved LG paying the labor for the install or giving me money that would equal the value of the compressor. Are you offering either of those? If not, it’s a waste of time.

The police continued to investigate effectively. 3.Why are you ignoring the fact the police clearly had no reason to stop them in the first place?
