I finally got my spine X-rays back and I have a stress fracture on my L5 vertebrae. I’m so bummed this happened NOW since race season is coming up. I can do the 5k walks, but I really wanted to run. I’ll see an orthopedic surgeon Tuesday to see what my non-surgical options are ☹️
