@FriskaFood last time I had a great visit, this time was possibly the worst customer service I've received, ever. Vishal at Luton Airport was blunt, hostile, difficult and definitely a person I'd not like to deal with again. Don't think I'll be back there again after today.

@FriskaFood Well as long as the lady who served me is recognised or acknowledged by management, I'm happy. She was outstanding and I'm glad I popped in. All too often people say bad things but not often good things, so I think it's fair on her to know she was appreciated for her service.
