@kidney_boy Interesting RCT makes you wonder though if there’s still a volume that will be associated with this. Had a pt with 5 L in their bladder. First L drained and clamped no hypotn. Then they accidentally drained next 4 without clamping and went to icu on pressors.

@GulersenMoti @samibackley @NB83 Canada would be easier because of the fact that you don’t need a visa to enter the US from Canada you just need a status so you don’t require an embassy appointment. It took us 10 months to get Fiona’s H4 🤦‍♂️hopefully j1 is better!
