Our kids can’t go to a parade, to the mall or to school.
You can’t ring the wrong doorbell, pull down the wrong driveway or accidentally hop in the wrong car, without fear of being shot.
Shot and killed.
In a nation with more guns than people, this has become our reality.
But it is not normal.

donald trump didn’t lower your taxes. He didn’t get your roads fixed or your bridges built. He didn’t get you healthcare coverage, lower the price of your prescriptions, decrease the deficit, end the opioid crisis, revive the coal industry, he didn’t make “covid disappear”, didn’t make Mexico “pay for the wall”, he didn’t “put America First” and he sure as hell didn’t “drain the swamp”.
So when you say he “fought for you”, you mean he validated your hate.
Because he didn’t do a goddamn thing for you other than that.

In a stunning turn of events, a judge has temporarily blocked a new Wyoming law that would have classified almost all abortions in the state as felonies. But what makes this decision particularly noteworthy is that the judge used a rule established by Republicans themselves to do it.

This rule, which was added to the state's constitution in 2012 as a reaction to then-President Barack Obama, was intended to prevent the government from meddling in healthcare matters - an effort primarily aimed at blocking the Affordable Care Act.

So, in a strange twist of fate, the rule meant to thwart Obama's healthcare agenda has now been used to stop an abortion law in its tracks.
