@Heal_within96 To be clear, the justices system isn’t racist. This judge certainly seems to have a bias, but that doesn’t make an entire system racist.
@FAFO_TV Imagine telling someone to “stop resisting” after your co-worker just tried to murder them, and knowing that nothing will ever be done about it since you’re a part of the most corrupt gov’t gang in Canada.
@ProfWBCarter I love when people who have no concept how how the legal system works, weigh in with legal opinions that make no sense.
It’s like when children try to explain something they don’t understand.
@t_sadiity Are you suggesting the jury was all white? Because you would be wrong. It was a diverse pool of jurors, and several black jurors were excluded from the pool as they had pre-conceived biases.
It’s easy to whine and make up a narrative to fit your story.
@TheBlackChannel “No Blacks allowed on the jury”
Do you have any idea how jury selection works? Also, if you’re such a big proponent of equality, then why would you not consider any group of people regardless of race peers? Seems to me it’s not about equality, but about special rules for some.
@WeAreCanProud Why would I want to celebrate the heritage of people living in feces and fighting gang wars against each other, who’ve now come to Canada and have zero desire to do anything differently?
Feels like we should have “Dangers of Mass Immigration Awareness Month”
@Pro__Trading That’s an easy question to answer.
Take it to trial to continue to raise sympathy money. They know they’re never going to see their kid again.
As soon as he’s sentenced to life, they take that money, forget about him and use it to live like kings.
@Omowale99949437 “Knife was legal per Texas law”
So is a frying pan. Doesn’t mean you can murder someone with it.
I think your definitional understanding of the word innocent is a little light.
